The Fall 2009 season is fast approaching and looks better than ever. Our first bookings available start September 2nd. We have reduced rates sharply for the period 9/8/08 to 12/14/08 and are offering an additional $75.00 discount for October-December 09 rentals that are booked by July 15. Until Christmas arrives, the traffic is light and tourist encounters, substantially reduced. Reservations are rarely essential for most restaurants. Fishing is great. The waters are flat muchof the time and the ocean temperature remains in 80's and high 70's F.

The World Famous Dolphin Research Center is 2 miles south on Grassy Key.
This newly restored, fully equipped, conch-style home is situated on tiny Conch Key at the southwesterly foot of the Long Key Bridge, Mile Post 63, bay side. You will enjoy direct views of great sunsets from our dock, deck, porch, and roof-top deck. And great boating, fishing and diving from our 65 foot long dock. Checkout our photos below.
Fishing and lobstering opportunities are truly excellent. From our 65-foot dock you will have direct access to the Gulf (Florida Bay) and a vast array of flats and shoals and channels. Proceeding easterly, a five-minute ride in your boat will take you under the Long Key Bridge and into the Atlantic Ocean. The reef is just five-and-one-half miles away. The property is spacious. On-site parking is ample. The property is completely walled in on the landward side and served by a hand operated access gate.
